I need to know that why certain file names on my system turn blue?

Description

Those are compressed files.  Nothing to worry about, they're just compressed to take up less room on the disk.Sometimes when you run a disk cleanup, your computer finds files that hasn't been use for a number of days, it then gives you the option to compress these files, once compress they turn blue. Also, unused files aren't the only ones that can/are compressed, backup system files are sometimes compress. Be careful not to delete any of these.
